Banana Raisin Bread

Ingredients
Wheat Flour
Banana - 3
Raisins - handful
Brown Sugar - 4 Tbsp
Yeast - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - to taste

Preparation
Warm a small bowl of water and add yeast and 1 tbsp brown sugar to it. Leave it aside for about 10 minutes or so.
Mash the bananas into a paste. Add it to the wheat flour and mix. Add the water with yeast to it and mix. Add the raisins to it and also add salt as per your taste. Add the remaining sugar to a bowl of water and add it to the mixture. Add just enough water to make it a sticky paste. Cover the mix and keep it aside for at least 4 hours for the bread mix to ferment.

After 4 hours or so when the bread mix has fermented, pre-heat the oven to about 350 degree Farenheit. Pour the bread mix into a bread pan and place it in the oven to bake. Turn the heat to about 425 or 450 degree farenheit. Bake it for about 1 hour or so (keep checking).

After taking it out from the oven, slice the bread into thin slices and enjoy!
