Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Ingredients
Wheat Flour
Jalapeno - 2
Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
Yeast - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - to taste

Preparation
Warm a small bowl of water and add yeast to it. Leave it aside for about 10 minutes or so.
Finely cut the jalapenos and add it to the wheat flour and mix. Add the water with yeast to it and mix. Add salt as per your taste. Add the shredded cheese to the mixture and mix. Add just enough water to make it a sticky paste. Cover the mix and keep it aside for at least 4 hours for the bread mix to ferment.

After 4 hours or so when the bread mix has fermented, pre-heat the oven to about 350 degree Farenheit. Pour the bread mix into a bread pan. Sprinkle some more shedded cheese on the top and place it in the oven to bake. Turn the heat to about 425 or 450 degree farenheit. Bake it for about 1 hour or so (keep checking).

After taking it out from the oven, slice the bread into thin slices and enjoy!
