Chilli Chicken


Ingredients

Crispy Chicken Strips - 7 or 8 (I used precooked Tyson Crispy chicken strips)
Scallions - a bunch
Green Chilli - 3
Red Chilli paste - 3 tsp
Soya Sauce - 3 tbsp
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 2 or 3 cloves
Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
Oil to fry

Preparation
Cut the chicken strips into small pieces and keep aside. In a frying pan, heat some oil and add the sesame seeds to it. Cut the scallions, green chilli, ginger and garlic and add to the oil. Add the cut chicken pieces to the oil and fry. Add Soya sauce and let it fry for a few minutes. If required add a little bit of water.

Now add the red chilli paste to the mix and stir for a few minutes. Stir for another 5 minutes and switch off. Serve hot and enjoy!
