Ingredients
Tomato - 1 medium size
Onion - 1 small size
Green chilli - 1
Besan - 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/8 cup
Rava - 1/8 cup
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
1 pinch of turmeric powder
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves
Preparation
Finely chop the green chilli, onion and tomato and add it to a bowl with the Besan, Rava and Wheat flour. Add salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder and cumin seeds. Add water and mix it to a dosa consistency. Finely chop the corriander leaves and mix it with the batter. Heat a frying pan and add a little bit of oil.
Make thin dosas with the batter and fry both the sides. Eat as is or with some tomato ketchup.
