Garden Skillet

Ingredients
Egg - 3
Onion - 1 small
Potato - 1 medium size
Green Pepper - 1/2
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper Powder - to taste
Shredded Cheese - 1/4 cup

Preparation
Chop the onions, green pepper and potato into small pieces. Beat the eggs and scramble it in a pan / skillet and keep it aside. Saute the onions, green pepper and potato pieces in the pan with a little bit of oil. Add salt and black pepper to taste. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, add the scambled eggs and top it with the shredded cheese. Cover the pan / skillet and let it cook for about a minute or so till the cheese melts.

Serve with toast and enjoy!
