Enchilada Sauce - Green

Ingredients

Tomatillo - 3 or 4
Onions - one small onion
Poblano Peppers - 2
Cumin powder
Green pepper - one small green pepper

How to prepare the sauce
Take the covering of the tomatillos off and wash it in warm water. Wash the poblano peppers and boil the tomatillos and the poblano peppers. Drain off the water after the water boils. Cut the onions and fry in a sauce pan with oil. Add the cumin powder, salt and the boiled tomatillos and poblano peppers. Stir for five minutes and then puree the mix in a blender.
