Cod Fish Cutlets

Ingredients

Cod Fish filets - 2 or 3
Onion - 1/2 small onion
Green Chilli - 2
Fennel Seeds - 3 tsps
Corn Powder - 6 or 7 tsps
Lemon juice - 2 / 3 tsps
egg - 1
Bread crumbs
salt to taste

Preparation
Cut the fish filets into very small pieces and put it in a mixing bowl. Finely chop the onions and green chillies and add it to the fish pieces. Powder the fennel seeds and add it to the mix. Add the salt, corn powder and lemon juice and mix it into a dough.

Grease your palms and make small patties out of the mix. Keep them aside. Take an egg and beat it in a bowl to make an egg wash. Dip the patties in the egg wash and then place it in the bread crumbs. Place it on a baking sheet and spray oil over it.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place the cutlets in the oven. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or so or until cooked.

Serve with pasta or enjoy it as an appetizer.
