Chicken Rolls

This is a very easy dish to make and turns out as a good appetizer

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts
1 cup of corriander chutney
1tsp of garam masala or more as per taste
1 bowl of shredded cheese (I used Jalapeno and cheddar cheese to make it a bit spicy)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit. Mix the garam masala with the corriander chutney. Cut very thin slices of the chicken breast. Place one slice of chicken on a plate and spread a thin layer of the chutney mix on to the chicken slice. Top it with a bit of cheese and then place another slice of chicken on it. Repeat the process of applying the mix and cheese on to the second slice. Start rolling the two slices together into a tight role. If you wish, you can sprinkle salt and pepper on this as per your taste.

Bake it in the oven for about 30 mins or till you feel the chicken is cooked. Raise the temp of the oven to 400 degrees and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes to cook the chicken to a golden color.

Let it cool and then cut into thin slices. Enjoy with some chutney, ketchup or as is.
