Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks - 10
Onion - 1 medium size
Almonds - a fistful
Corriander Leaves - a bunch
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 3 or 4 cloves
Green Chilli - 2 or 3
Mint Leaves - 5 or 6 leaves
Curd or yogurt - a small bowl
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder - 1/2 or 1 tsp depending on taste

Preparation
Soak the almonds in a bowl of hot water and keep it aside. Chop the garlic, ginger and onions into small pieces. Peel off the skin of the almonds. Clean and cut the corriander leaves and mint leaves. Grind all the ingredients along with the yogurt. This is the mixture to be used for marinating the chicken.

Wash the chicken drumsticks and make small cuts in it with a sharp knife. Take a bowl and add the drumsticks and the marinade and mix well. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or some sort of wrapping and refrigerate. Let it refrigerate for 24 hours or so.

Place the drumsticks on the grill and start the grill. Keep turning the drumsticks over to make sure it does not burn. Let it cook on the grill for about 25 to 30 minutes and keep turning.

Take it off the grill and serve with chopped onions and a piece of lemon. Enjoy!!
